This beautifully furnished two-bedroomed holiday apartment
is located in Thistle Street just 200 metres from Princes Street. Thistle Street runs parallel
to Princes Street, in between Queen Street and George Street, and
so you are able to enjoy the freedom that comes with having the
city centre right on your doorstep.
The local area contains a wealth of restaurants, shops, bars and tourist
attractions - a something for everybody! |

The Living Room has
a large tiled fireplace with living flame gas fire. Natural light
is provided by the original Georgian windows and shutters. There
are 2 leather sofas and the room is equipped with a combination
TV/VCR/DVD and Hi-Fi system. There is a small selection of videos,
DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment.

The Double Bedroom, with king-size bed is located at the rear of the property. Hairdrier
and radio alarm are supplied.

The Twin Bedroom has two single beds, is also located to the rear of the property and
also comes with hairdrier and radio alarm.

The Dining Kitchen is generously equipped with a gas
hob, electric oven, combination microwave oven, toaster, kettle,
fridge, freezer and washing machine. In addition, there are dining facilities for 4 people.

The Bathroom is tiled
and fitted with an instant mains power shower over the bath.
All rooms are accessed from the Hall
which has the telephone entry system.

Local Area
All our Edinburgh holiday apartments are situated in the centre of Edinburgh. The Thistle Street
local area has a complete mix of bars, restaurants and shops to
suit all tastes - and budgets! There is a wide range of live music
in bars including folk, jazz and rock. In addition the Usher Hall,
Lyceum, Playhouse and Festival Theatres are all within a 15 minute
walk away and a range of shows can be enjoyed.
Edinburgh
Castle, steeped in ancient Scottish history, can be seen from Frederick
Street, the street adjacent to Thistle Street. For lovers of history,
the Royal Mile, the centre of the "old town", with its
ancient heritage can give a fascinating glimpse into historic Edinburgh.
The "New Town", in which the flat is situated, was designed
by young architect James Craig (1744-95). The New Town was mostly
built of sandstone from Craigleith Quarry.
Also
within walking distance are several art galleries - the National
Portrait Gallery, the Gallery of Modern Art, the Dean Gallery and
the National Gallery of Scotland.

Prices from £ 625 to £ 950 per week.
Short breaks from 2 nights upwards are available, although minimum rentals of 3 or 4 nights will apply during Christmas/New Year, Easter, rugby internationals and August.
